• Not previously charged, no additional instructions or requirements included in the order will apply during the revision.
• Any additional guidelines presented and any extra word count considered by the customer will be charged separately depending on the nature of work, importance, and paper length.
• A customer can request a revision within 15 days from the time the order is delivered for a word count of around 200 to 6000 words. However, after the expiry of 10 days, every revision considered by the customer will be charged separately.
• A customer can request a revision within 15 days of the delivery of an order for a word count of more than 6000 words. However, after the expiry of 15 days, every revision considered by the customer will be charged separately.
• Orders from customers with a lead time of 24 hours will receive a revision time of 8 to 12 hours after the revision request.
• The lead time of 48 hours will receive a revision time of 24 hours after the revision request.
• If you order 5000 to 10000 words, please allow us at least 3 days to verify.
• Orders with more than 10,000 words require a minimum revision period of 4 to 8 days.
• No revision policy is available on Sundays and public holidays.
